Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Engineer / Manager to handle
end-to-end contract administration, claims management, contractual risk
assessment, negotiations, and dispute resolution for large-scale
infrastructure and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, negotiate, and administer EPC, infrastructure, construction
contracts, and subcontracts.

Manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle and ensure compliance with
contractual obligations.

Prepare, evaluate, and manage claims related to delays, variations,
disruptions, change orders, and cost overruns.

Handle
FIDIC contracts, Extension of Time (EOT), delay analysis, contractual
notices, and claim documentation
.

Review and respond to claims raised by contractors, subcontractors, vendors,
and other parties.

Lead negotiations for claims, variations, and dispute settlements to achieve
commercially favorable outcomes.

Manage contractual disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or
litigation, wherever applicable.

Identify contractual and commercial risks and recommend suitable mitigation
strategies.

Coordinate with project, commercial, finance, planning, legal, and project
controls teams.

Maintain proper records of contracts, amendments, notices, correspondence,
claims, and related documentation.

Provide guidance to contract administrators and claims professionals and
ensure best practices in contract management.
Mandatory Skills:
