Responsibilities of this role

1. Warranty Adjudication
2. Handling Customer Complaints, Dealer Network Management
3. Frequent Customer Visits including Key Accounts
4. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction, Controlling warranty
5. Explain the product and technicalities to the customer
6. Track & Monitoring the Warranty related information
7. Provide Trainings to the Customers and Channel Partners
