About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst – FP&A to support financial planning, budgeting, costing, profitability analysis, forecasting and business performance management.

The ideal candidate should be a CA-qualified finance professional with strong hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting, costing, margin analysis, financial analysis and management reporting .

Candidates from Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Specialty Chemicals, Adhesives, Sealants, Waterproofing or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial plans and forecasts .
• Conduct detailed financial and business performance analysis .
• Perform product, project and business costing and analyse cost structures.
• Conduct margin and profitability analysis across products, customers and business segments.
• Analyse actual vs. budget vs. forecast and identify key variances and business drivers.
• Prepare monthly MIS, management reports and financial dashboards .
• Analyse gross margin, contribution margin, operating costs and profitability .
• Support pricing and commercial decisions through costing and margin analysis.
• Develop financial models for forecasting, scenario planning and business analysis .
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
• Analyse material, labour, manufacturing, logistics and overhead costs .
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement .
• Work closely with Sales, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
• Support month-end closing and financial performance analysis .
• Provide financial insights to senior management for business and strategic decisions.
• Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and business planning as required.

Candidate Profile

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in FP&A / Financial Analysis / Business Finance / Management Accounting .
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, costing and margin analysis .
• Strong commercial and analytical understanding.
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• UAE / GCC experience will be preferred.
• Candidates from Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Specialty Chemicals, Adhesives, Sealants, Waterproofing or related manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.
