PROJECT MANAGER/TEAM LEAD

Key Responsibilities

·          Own end-to-end campaign execution across all platforms and production units

·          Serve as primary interface with the client for approvals, briefs, and escalations

·          Manage daily team output across social media, production, and copywriting Track KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports for the client

·          Coordinate approval SLAs and maintain zero-miss content delivery

·          Lead weekly content review cycles with client stakeholders

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

·          7+ years in agency, government communication, or public sector media

·          Proven experience managing 10+ person cross-functional teams

·          Fluency in English and Punjabi preferred

·          Strong understanding of IEC communication norms and approval processes

·          Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Sheets, or equivalent)
