📍 Locations: Shankar Road Delhi Branch
📅 Hiring Drive: 9th September 2026 
💰 CTC: Up to ₹5.25 LPA 
🎯 Grade: Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

✅ Graduate candidates are eligible 
✅ 2–3 years of experience in New-to-Bank Current Account Acquisition 
✅ Banking / SME segment experience preferred 
✅ Strong knowledge of commercial catchments & business segments 
✅ Good communication skills & presentable personality 
✅ Local language knowledge preferred

Graduates passed out in 2024, 2025 or 2026 with no prior work experience can also be considered.

💰 Trainee Grade – ₹3.00 LPA

💼 Role Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of high-end Current Accounts through open-market sourcing 
• Lead generation and customer acquisition 
• Customer onboarding & activation 
• Cross-selling banking products 
• Maintaining KYC & AML compliance 
• Business Banking / Trade / FX knowledge will be an added advantage

📌 For currently employed candidates: 25%–30% salary hike can be offered.
