Lead – Automation Systems:

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for Renewables Engineering & Design Processes. This role involves hands-on technical expertise combined with project management in managing automation projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

·          Design and deploy automation workflows using various tools, scripting, and integration platforms.

·          Ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems.

·          Identify automation opportunities through process analysis and stakeholder engagement.

·          Recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.

·          Lead automation projects from requirement gathering to deployment and support.

·          Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards.

·          Work closely with operations, and business teams to deliver automation initiatives.

·          Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

·          Monitor performance of automation solutions and troubleshoot issues.

·          Implement enhancements and upgrades as needed.

Experience & Qualifications:

·          Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science.

·          8–12 years of experience in automation systems, with at least 3 years in a lead role.

·          Proficiency in automation tools, MS Power Automate, scripting (Python, PowerShell), development of front-end web app & integrating back-end databases and third-party Engineering tools.

·          Strong technical expertise in Front-end framework such as Angular, .NET Core and MS SQL Server.

·          Knowledge of industrial automation (SCADA) and IT process automation.

·          Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·          Relevant experience in the field of Solar PV Engineering Automation will be added advantage
