Regional Training Manager - Gold Loan
Job Summary:
The Regional Training Manager for Gold Loan will play a pivotal role in
enhancing the capabilities of our teams across various locations. This
position is responsible for designing and implementing effective training
programs that empower employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to
excel in their roles within the gold loan sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific
needs of the gold loan business.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a
related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus
on the financial services sector preferred.
