Position: Relationship Manager – Premium Accounts (RMPA)
Department: Branch & Business Banking
Job Type: Sales / Acquisition

📍 Key Responsibilities

• Acquire Premium/High-End Current Accounts through open-market lead generation
• Drive New-to-Bank (NTB) Current Account acquisition & closure
• Ensure smooth customer onboarding and activation
• Maintain required customer balances and account transactions
• Generate leads through open-market activities
• Cross-sell Trade, FX, CMS, DSB & other banking solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Graduate with 50%
• 2–3 years experience in NTB Current Account acquisition, preferably SME segment
• Good knowledge of commercial catchments & business segments
• Knowledge of local language preferred
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of Business Banking / Trade / FX preferred
• Good Excel skills
