Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting
Professional Qualification: CA preferred; CMA / CPA / ACCA / other semi-qualified accountants considered

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and review Local GAAP adjustments and finalize entity Trial Balances .
• Perform detailed GL account analysis and reconciliations .
• Prepare/review P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements , including supporting schedules and notes.
• Lead flux/variance analysis and identify significant movements in financial statements.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Drive improvements in accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure processes align with accounting best practices.
• Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies and regulatory requirements .
• Work on IFRS / US GAAP / Local GAAP requirements and adjustments.
• Handle intercompany accounting/reconciliation and related financial statement matters.
• Exposure to lease accounting and transfer pricing is preferred.
