Review borrower/guarantor financials, tax returns, property operating
statements, and debt service coverage.

Prepare detailed loan proposals including property maps, lease rollover
analysis, repayment worksheets, and market data.

Identify risks and mitigants in loan structures; recommend appropriate
risk ratings.

Appraisal Review
Evaluate and certify real estate appraisals, liaising with appraisers to
