The role requires expertise in employee relations, SAP Data Management, Employee engagement, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Employee Communication On-boarding & Induction, Reward and Recognition, Employee Relations, Payroll Management, performance management, compliance, compensation & benefits, policy formulation.
