Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to lead our data center projects in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution and management of all project activities, driving efficiency and excellence in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the execution of all MEP activities for data center projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and engineering standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Lead project meetings, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or challenges faced.
• Ensure all documentation, including contracts and permits, is complete and up-to-date for each project phase.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 12-15 years of experience in project management with a minimum of 5 years in data center projects.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and software for scheduling and reporting.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
