Lead – Automation Analytics

Lead – Analytics for Automation:

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing analytics solutions for Renewables Engineering & Design Processes. This role involves hands-on technical expertise combined with project management in managing automation projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

·          Analyse business processes and operational data to identify automation opportunities.

·          Develop predictive and prescriptive models to enhance automation strategies.

·          Lead analytics-driven automation projects from concept to deployment.

·          Collaborate with automation teams to design data-driven automation workflows.

·          Integrate analytics with RPA, AI/ML, and other automation platforms.

·          Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance for automation initiatives.

·          Build dashboards and reports to monitor automation performance and ROI.

·          Manage stakeholder expectations and provide actionable insights.

·          Explore advanced analytics techniques (AI/ML, NLP) to enhance automation capabilities.

·          Stay updated on emerging trends in analytics and automation technologies.

      Experience & Qualifications:

·          Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering.

·          8–12 years of experience in analytics and automation, with proven leadership in projects.

·          Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, Power BI).

·          Databases - SQL, Azure Blob Storage & External APIs

·          Knowledge of Data mining, Data Cleaning & Preprocessing, Handling missing data

·          Experience with RPA platforms and AI/ML frameworks.

·          Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
