Senior Leadership- Executive Positioning and Profiling

Role Overview

We are seeking a  Senior Leadership professional to lead Executive Profiling and Strategic Positioning  for the organization’s leadership team.

This role will be responsible for shaping the  global narrative, reputation, and thought leadership of organisation's senior executives , ensuring their influence is effectively positioned across international media, industry forums, digital platforms, and key stakeholder ecosystems.

The position plays a critical role in aligning executive visibility with the company’s strategic priorities in real estate development, luxury living, global investment, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the  executive positioning strategy  aligned with company’s corporate vision and growth agenda.

• Build and maintain  executive profiles, leadership narratives, and messaging frameworks .

• Drive  thought leadership  through speeches, articles, media commentary, and conference participation, including platforms such as  Cityscape Global .

• Manage  executive media engagement and reputation  in collaboration with communications and PR teams.

• Oversee  digital leadership presence  across professional platforms such as  LinkedIn .

• Act as a  strategic advisor to senior leadership  on messaging, visibility, and public positioning.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years’ experience in executive positioning and Profiling.

• Proven track record supporting  C-suite leadership positioning  in global organizations.

• Media engagement, and stakeholder management capabilities.
