Job Summary:

The Civil Structural Engineer will play a pivotal role in the design and analysis of structural systems for large-scale international EPC projects in the Oil & Gas, Metal Mining, and Petrochemical industries. This position is essential for ensuring the safety, stability, and integrity of structures, directly impacting the success of our projects globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize STAAD Pro to perform complex structural analysis and design of various structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Develop comprehensive design calculations and specifications for civil structures, including foundations, frameworks, and support systems.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, mechanical engineers, and construction managers to integrate structural designs in project delivery.

Conduct site inspections and evaluations to assess structural integrity and provide recommendations for maintenance or improvements.

Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure that all design work is completed on time and within budget constraints.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate design concepts, calculations, and execution plans to stakeholders and clients.

Stay updated with the latest engineering trends and technologies to improve design processes and implementation strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil structural design, specifically for international EPC projects in Oil & Gas, Metal Mining, and Petrochemicals.

Proficiency in STAAD Pro and other structural analysis software.

Strong understanding of relevant international codes and standards (e.g., AISC, ACI, Eurocodes).

Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to engineering challenges.

Effective communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly to a range of audiences.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in the English language.
