Account Payable
Job Summary:
As a Media Reconciliation Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring
the accurate clearance of Insertion Orders against vendor invoices while
mentoring team members to enhance their skills. You will foster collaboration
among stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, drive performance improvements,
and uphold the integrity of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and guide the accurate processing of vendor invoices against
insertion orders to ensure timely payment.

Review transactions for compliance with defined procedures and quality
standards.

Identify and resolve complex discrepancies by coordinating with buyers,
vendors, and internal teams.

Lead periodic reviews of pending, aged, or unclear invoices and insertion
orders for timely resolution.

Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to leadership and
stakeholders on reconciliation metrics.

Participate in scheduled cadence meetings, performance reviews, and process
improvement discussions to drive operational excellence.

Support, mentor, and train new hires to ensure they are productive on the
floor in the shortest possible time frame.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

4-15 years of experience in Accounts Payable or finance operations, with at
least 3-4 years in a Team Lead role.

Strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor management, and
reconciliation practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage
escalations and drive resolution across teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Coaching and mentoring capabilities to develop team members effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with accounting systems (e.g., DDS or similar platforms) is a
plus.
