💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Banking Sales

Key Responsibilities:
➤ Acquire new-to-bank Current & Savings Accounts through open-market sourcing
➤ Generate leads through market visits, references and networking
➤ Manage and build relationships with premium/high-value customers
➤ Ensure smooth customer onboarding, KYC & AML compliance
➤ Drive account activation and maintain required customer balances
➤ Achieve CASA acquisition and deposit targets
➤ Cross-sell FD, RD, Credit Cards, Insurance, Loans and other banking products
➤ Deepen customer relationships and increase wallet share
➤ Regularly follow up with customers for retention and business growth
➤ Coordinate with Branch Manager and product teams for customer requirements

Candidate Profile:
✔ Minimum 2 years of banking sales experience
✔ CASA / Liability / Retail Banking / Relationship Management experience preferred
✔ Experience in Current & Savings Account acquisition
✔ Strong customer acquisition and field-sales skills
✔ Good communication and relationship management skills
✔ Graduation mandatory
✔ Comfortable with sales targets and open-market sourcing
