Account Payable

* Lead daily AP operations & review payment batches

* Performance dashboards (OPO, cycle time, AHT,
exceptions)

* SLA governance & monthly business reviews

* Drive automation roadmap and Coupa optimization

* Liaise with business teams in identifying discrepancies /
‘exceptions in a timely manner to mitigate risk

* Perform quality audits on the work performed by team

* Support internal and external audits

* Process flows, Documentation and preparation of SOPs
