Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at warehouse/industrial project sites.
Monitor work according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects and MEP teams.
Check civil works including:
Earthwork and excavation
RCC and structural works
Flooring and industrial flooring
Masonry and plastering
Roofing and waterproofing
Internal/external development
Roads, drains and paving
Fire tanks and other civil structures
Review drawings and identify site-level discrepancies.
Monitor quality, progress and workmanship .
Verify quantities, measurements, BOQs and contractor bills.
Coordinate material requirements and inspections.
Ensure proper testing and documentation of construction works.
Track project schedule and report delays/issues to the Project Manager
