Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Track, analyze, and manage delinquent personal loan accounts in late-stage buckets (such as 90+ days past due / Bucket 3+) across the assigned region. ]
- Strategy Execution: Design and deploy localized collection and legal recovery strategies to hit targets for Recovery and Flow-Forward reduction.
- Team & Agency Leadership: Guide and monitor Area Collection Managers, field executives, and external collection/legal agencies.
- Process Compliance: Ensure all collection practices align with company policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical recovery standards.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze root causes for defaults, track daily/monthly collection efficiency metrics, and report regional performance to senior leadership
