Procurement and SCM Lead

Overview
Control programme-level supply-chain visibility and mitigate schedule-critical
procurement, manufacturing, inspection, logistics, and delivery risks.
Accountability Boundary
Owns supply-chain monitoring and escalation, not contract entitlement, site
material custody, quality acceptance, or contractor procurement execution.
Core Duties & Responsibilities

Establish consolidated procurement, manufacturing, FAT/inspection, dispatch,
and delivery monitoring across packages.

Identify long-lead and critical-path equipment risks, including vendor
capacity, logistics, damage, preservation, and replacement constraints.

Coordinate recovery and expediting actions with package SCM resources,
contractors/OEMs, and package leads.

Interface with quality resources for inspection release status and with
planning for required-on-site dates and schedule impacts.

Report exceptions relating to delayed equipment, transport restrictions,
critical spares, and material availability.

Support commercial lead through factual delivery records where delay or
change exposure arises.
