Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst (not IT Business Analyst) who can handle system automation projects , analyze large datasets using Python and SQL , and generate business / financial insights related to P&L, portfolio performance, branch / state scorecards, and channel analytics .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle system automation projects to improve business reporting / processes

• Analyze large business datasets using Python & SQL

• Generate business insights and performance trends

• Conduct financial analysis for channels including:

  • Profit & Loss

  • Business portfolio analysis

  • Channel profitability

• Perform branch and state-level portfolio analysis

• Publish scorecards / MIS / performance dashboards

• Support leadership with data-driven recommendations

• Python ( mandatory )

• SQL ( mandatory )

• Large dataset handling

• Business analytics / commercial analytics

• Financial / P&L analysis

• MIS / scorecard / dashboard exposure
