Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred

Shift: 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM onwards

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled finance professional with strong experience in Accounts Payable and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, specifically in Expenses Planning & Management and Period End Close activities. The candidate should possess sound accounting knowledge, reconciliation expertise, and hands-on experience in journal entries, sub-ledger close, and variance analysis. 

Key Responsibilities

• Record and review journal entries, settlements, accruals, and accounting adjustments 
• Perform period-end close activities within defined timelines
• Manage sub-ledger closing activities and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records 
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet reconciliations and Bank reconciliations 
• Conduct variance analysis and identify unusual trends or discrepancies 
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes 
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance requirements 
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution and closure 
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives 
• Maintain process documentation and ensure audit readiness

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and R2R processes
