Branch Manager-Micro LAP

Key Responsibilities
•    Business Target Achievement: Drive micro LAP sales, customer acquisition, and monthly/quarterly disbursement targets.
•    Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise the field sales and operational team assigned to the branch.
•    Portfolio & Risk Control: Maintain healthy asset quality by monitoring collections, controlling delinquencies, and ensuring proper credit verification.
•    Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily branch administrative tasks, audit readiness, and adherence to company policies.
•    Market Expansion: Build local networks, identify profitable micro-markets, and promote brand visibility.
