🎯 Job Responsibilities – Household (HH)

• Acquire new customers for Household Banking products
• Source and generate leads through field visits, references, and networking
• Cross-sell banking products such as Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, and Investment Products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve assigned business and revenue targets
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and KYC norms
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries

🎯 Job Responsibilities – Current Account (CA)

• Acquire new Current Account customers from SME, Retail, and Business segments
• Conduct field visits and identify potential business clients
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market mapping
• Increase Current Account portfolio and CASA acquisition
• Cross-sell banking products including Payment Solutions, Insurance, and other Liability Products
• Maintain strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
• Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance
• Meet monthly acquisition and revenue targets
