- Architect & Designer Engagement: Conduct architect meets, product presentations, and "Lunch and Learn" educational sessions.
- Product Specification: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project management consultants (PMCs) to secure material specifications for laminates, veneers, and engineered wood.
- Pipeline Management: Track project lifecycles, sample requests, bids, and conversions using internal CRM systems.
- Channel Coordination: Partner with distributors and dealers to ensure specified products translate into actual sales and smooth site execution.
