Job Title: Manager – Wholesale Legal

Role Summary: Responsible for end-to-end legal documentation, title due diligence, mortgage creation, security perfection, CERSAI and ROC charge registrations, legal compliance, and risk mitigation for wholesale lending transactions. The role involves coordinating with Credit, Business, Operations, Advocates, Valuers, Vendors, and Regulatory Authorities to ensure timely and compliant execution of lending transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and vet loan, security, and transaction documents.
Prepare and manage DAM, LAM, sanction letters, MOE, IPOA, NOCs, and other legal documents.
Conduct title due diligence through review of TSRs and property-related documents.
Review valuation reports and identify legal and collateral-related risks.
Manage mortgage creation, mortgage intimation, CERSAI registration, and ROC charge filings (CHG-1).
Handle Pari Passu arrangements, NOCs, and security-sharing documentation.
Monitor legal compliance, security perfection, and closure of documentation pendency’s.
Prepare MIS, regulatory trackers, audit reports, and legal status updates.
Qualification & Experience:

LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
5–10 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Wholesale Lending, Mortgage, Property Documentation, CERSAI, and ROC Compliance.
