Project Engineering Manager – Substation
Experience Required:
10+ Years
Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical &
Electronics Engineering
Industry Preference:
Power Transmission, Substation, EPC, Oil & Gas,
Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete engineering activities for GIS / AIS
Substations up to 765 kV.

Ensure engineering deliverables are completed within
project schedule, quality, and cost targets.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and conduct
engineering review meetings.

Review engineering calculations, drawings, approvals,
and technical submissions.

Handle Primary Design, Secondary Design, Earthing,
Cabling, SCADA, and Protection Systems.
-
Coordinate with vendors for technical evaluation,
clarification, manufacturing clearance, and material
delivery.
-
Lead design engineers and drafting teams to improve
productivity and project execution.
-
Support BOQ review, tendering activities, billing
assistance, and monthly invoicing.

Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry
standards, and project requirements.
Required Skills:
-
Strong experience in Substation Design &
Multi-project Execution.

Expertise in GIS / AIS Substations.
-
Hands-on knowledge of ETAP, PSCAD, CYMGRD, MS Office,
and Project Planning Tools.
-
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management
skills.

Experience in EPC/Substation Design Projects is
mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with experience in large-scale Substation
or EPC projects.

Strong exposure to engineering management and design
coordination.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
