Role Overview

BSE is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to lead the AR & Collections function. The role will be responsible for managing billing, collections and receivables operations, ensuring timely collection of listing revenues, strengthening processes, and driving automation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Accounts Receivable, Billing and Collections function.
• Manage and monitor listing revenue collections , outstanding receivables and ageing.
• Ensure timely invoicing, collection follow-ups and resolution of customer/account-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI regulations and internal policies .
• Drive process automation, ERP enhancements and continuous improvement across AR operations.
• Develop MIS, dashboards and reports to track collections, ageing and key performance indicators.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective coordination for collections and reconciliations.
• Lead, mentor and develop the AR team while driving performance and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections or related Finance Operations.
• Experience in Capital Markets, Financial Services, BFSI or Telecom is preferred.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, receivables management and ERP systems .
• Proven experience in team leadership and process automation/improvement .
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai are preferred.
