Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Axiom Developer with 8–10 years of experience in regulatory reporting and Axiom development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in the Axiom platform , along with exposure to Taxonomy and EMEA regulatory reporting . The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to design, develop, enhance, and support regulatory reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain regulatory reporting solutions using the Axiom platform.
• Configure and develop Axiom objects including data models, portfolios, datasets, reports, calculations, and workflows.
• Implement and maintain EMEA regulatory reporting requirements.
• Work with Axiom Taxonomy and ensure regulatory reports comply with the latest reporting standards.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reconciliation.
• Perform impact analysis, unit testing, system testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with business users, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Axiom Development .
• Hands-on experience with the Axiom Controller View platform.
• Strong exposure to Axiom Taxonomy .
• Experience working on EMEA regulatory reporting .
• Strong SQL and database skills.
• Experience in data analysis, data mapping, and data validation.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exposure to ETL and data warehousing concepts is an added advantage.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
