Creating a 360-degree feedback loop between client teams and our internal teams. Product Planning, Productivity & Profitability Measurement. Understanding of Business Analytics. Manage PDD Triggers. Interface with IT & Migration on Digital Channel. Process Adherence & Gap Analysis. Way Forward & Course Correction. |
| 10 | Detailed Responsibilities : Identifying up sell / cross sell opportunities by analyzing existing database on an ongoing basis. Execution of digital initiatives / UAT for Personal Loans. Ensuring smooth execution of product development by liaising with cross-functional teams such as technology, legal, risk, operations, compliance, vendors, etc. Go getter and passionate for his business delivery. Monitoring the performance of Loans portfolio to ensure it delivers in terms of growth, delinquency, P&L, ROA, ROE. |

| 12 | Experience : 3 – 5 years’ experience in Banks / FI / NBFC / Fintech in handling lending product (Mortgage Loans / Unsecured Loans) |
