Role: Assistant Manager – Accounts Receivable (Credit Control – Allocations)

We are currently hiring for the role of Assistant Manager – Accounts Receivable (Credit Control – Allocations). The role involves managing cash allocation and credit control activities, ensuring timely and accurate application of receipts, resolving allocation-related discrepancies, and maintaining AR hygiene.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Accounts Receivable/Credit Control operations with strong exposure to cash allocations, reconciliations, and stakeholder management. Exposure to the London Market insurance domain (Bureau & Non-Bureau) will be an added advantage. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting SLA/KPI targets.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Cash Allocation / Cash Application / Credit Control
• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable processes
• Exposure to London Market insurance operations preferred
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage high-volume transactions and client interactions
• Experience in handling global stakeholders is preferred

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Shift: Evening/Night Shift (Starts around 3 PM / 5 PM IST)
