About the role
This is a high-impact client/developer-side role suited to professionals currently operating at Senior Manager, Head of Façade, Technical Manager, Associate Director, Technical Director or equivalent level.
- Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of façade packages across major developments.
- Oversee façade installation, construction activities, sequencing, and site execution.
- Manage façade contractors, subcontractors, specialist teams, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, programs, manpower, productivity, and key delivery milestones.
- Drive façade works in line with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Review and resolve site-related technical and construction issues affecting façade execution.
- Oversee façade mock-ups, inspections, testing, approvals, and performance requirements.
- Monitor and drive closure of NCRs, observations, inspections, and quality issues.
- Identify execution risks, program constraints, and interface issues and implement timely mitigation.
- Review contractor programs and ensure façade activities remain aligned with overall project milestones.
- Drive productivity, constructability, quality, and cost-conscious execution across façade works.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and controlled execution of façade works through project completion and handover.

Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of total experience , with substantial experience in façade execution and delivery.
- Strong track record of delivering façade packages on major high-rise or large-scale developments.
- Extensive experience managing façade contractors, subcontractors and specialist installation teams.
- Strong understanding of façade construction, installation, sequencing, testing and quality requirements.
- UAE/GCC project experience will be highly advantageous.
