About the role
Job Title: Risk-CF
Department: Risk
Reports To: Chief Risk Officer
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
Analyze credit proposal of construction finance (above 50 crs) and
recommend the
proposal to the credit committee.
Continuous review and monitoring of accounts underwritten/portfolio
reviews for
risk management.
Monitor compliance of regulatory guideline from time to time
Handle credit audit queries and other portfolio related MIS
Site Visit on regular intervals
Recommend changes to policy/process based on local nuances.
Implement system integration plans.
Assist in analyzing on industry/clients/markets.
Qualifications -
Qualified CA/CFA/MBA – Finance.
Min 5-7 years of relevant experience in Indian Real estate market
Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation); demonstrated
strong
interpersonal skills
Displays a high degree of professionalism, with the ability to manage
internal and
external relationships
Extensive working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
in
particular, ability to financial model with Excel
Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills; experience compiling
data and
financial information.
Flexibility, adaptability and initiative; are forward-thinking and a
motivated self
starter
Good judgment and sense of priorities
Team player who enjoys a high performance culture; open to and comfortable
with
constantly evolving and changing priorities and new challenges
Professionalism and high degree of integrity
