Role Overview:  
RBL Bank is hiring Relationship Managers for its Branch & Business Banking team. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, Current Account/CASA business, portfolio deepening and cross-selling of banking products .

Key Responsibilities

✓ Acquire new customers through open market sourcing, references and catchment mapping 
✓ Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers 
✓ Acquire Current Accounts / Premium Accounts and ensure quality customer onboarding 
✓ Generate business through CASA, deposits, assets and third-party products 
✓ Cross-sell products such as FD, RD, SIP, Locker, Debit/Credit Cards, Insurance and other banking solutions 
✓ Deepen customer relationships through Assets, Liabilities and TPP products 
✓ Ensure activation and maintenance of required customer balances 
✓ Generate leads through market visits, references and customer engagement 
✓ Understand customer requirements and provide suitable banking solutions 
✓ Ensure proper KYC & AML compliance and adherence to bank policies 
✓ Drive digital banking penetration such as Net Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Payments and other digital services 
✓ Achieve assigned CASA, acquisition, deposit and fee revenue targets 

Eligibility

Qualification:  
✓ Minimum Graduate 
✓ MBA/B.Com preferred

Experience:  
✓ 1 –3 years of experience in Banking / Sales / Relationship Management / Customer Acquisition preferred 
✓ Candidates with experience in Current Account acquisition, CASA, Branch Banking, Business Banking or BFSI Sales will be preferred 
✓ Good communication and customer-handling skills required 
✓ Knowledge of local market/catchment will be an added advantage
