System Administrator (SCCM & Intune)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with expertise in SCCM, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft Intune to enhance our IT operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and deploying applications, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing user experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software distribution, updates, and system health monitoring.
• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage mobile device configurations and policies using Microsoft Intune to ensure secure and optimal use of organizational mobile devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application deployment issues to provide timely resolutions to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support enterprise-wide IT initiatives.
• Document processes and procedures to maintain compliance with organizational standards and improve knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on SCCM and Intune functionalities.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in system administration with a focus on SCCM and Intune.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation of administrative tasks.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and networking concepts.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern management concepts.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.
• Previous experience in a hybrid IT environment and managing endpoints securely.
