Job Summary:
The Loan Against Property (LAP) Specialist is crucial for driving business growth within our organization by managing LAP products for self-employed clients. This position involves leveraging your deep understanding of the lending landscape to connect with potential clients and facilitate their financial needs, ultimately contributing to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish connections with self-employed clients seeking LAP solutions, ensuring a significant volume of leads for the business.
- Evaluate client profiles and financial situations to recommend appropriate LAP products that align with their needs.
- Manage the entire loan application process, guiding clients through documentation, approvals, and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly business targets of 3 to 4 Crores by strategically sourcing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction throughout the loan process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting LAP to provide informed advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in handling Loan Against Property products for self-employed clients.
- Proven sourcing and acquisition skills within the financial services industry, particularly in NBFCs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet business targets and build a robust client portfolio.
- Knowledge of credit assessment and risk management practices related to LAP.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage leads and client information.
