Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Non-IT Recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition to join our team in Goregaon. The ideal candidate will bring over 3 years of experience in recruitment and will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a high caliber of candidates for various non-IT positions.
• Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications, and perform phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring progress and improve recruitment strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a third-party payroll setting.
• Proven ability to source candidates across various non-IT sectors, including finance, marketing, and operations.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles concurrently.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital recruitment tools and social media recruitment strategies.
• Knowledge of compliance and legal requirements in the recruitment process.
• Previous experience in a recruitment consultancy or agency setting.
• Strong networking skills and existing connections within various industries.
