Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL and BigQuery, along with a good understanding of APIs, data architecture, cloud platforms, and system design. The role will involve working closely with business and technical stakeholders, managing data-driven initiatives, and leading a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business and operational data using SQL and BigQuery to generate actionable insights.
• Design and optimize data queries, datasets, and analytical solutions for performance and scalability.
• Work with APIs, data architecture, cloud platforms, and system design to understand end-to-end data flows.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and leadership teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate insights, challenges, and recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Define analytical approaches, identify trends, and support data-driven business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to defined processes and standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Google BigQuery.
• Good understanding of APIs, data architecture, cloud platforms, and system design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in team handling, mentoring, and people management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.

Preferred

• Experience working in a cloud-based data environment.
• Experience handling large-scale datasets and complex analytical projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
