Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team specializing in the Property Casualty Insurance domain. In this role, you will leverage your strong SQL skills and expertise in Statistical Time Series Management (STTM) and Business Intelligence (BI) to drive data-driven insights and enhance our operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support business decision-making processes.
• Design and implement data models using SQL that optimize the reporting and analysis for Property Casualty Insurance products.
• Utilize STTM methodologies to forecast trends and assist in risk management and assessment tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and transform data into meaningful information.
• Create and maintain BI dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and usability for stakeholders.
• Identify data quality issues and propose solutions for continuous improvement of data integrity.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels, tailoring communication to suit the audience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst, preferably in the Property Casualty Insurance industry.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experience with STTM techniques.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the latest trends in the Property Casualty Insurance market and regulations.
• Experience: 5+ years
• Mandatory Skills: Property Casualty Insurance Domain, Strong SQL, STTM & BI.
