Module Lead

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Module lead will design, develop, and maintain server-side components, ensuring the functionality,
performance, and scalability of web applications. This role involves collaborating with front-end developers and
other teams to build robust, efficient, and secure backend systems.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant application
• Write well designed, tested, efficient code in a CI-CD environment
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Design and code back-end systems and APIs

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• BE/ B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience required
• Experience in leading a team

PREFERRED SKILLS
▪ Strong knowledge of MERN stack (MongoDB, Express JS, Reactjs, Node.js, HTML5,
▪ CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, SASS)
▪ Must have experience building APIs in nodejs using MongoDB
▪ Experience in developing cloud native applications on AWS
▪ Must have worked on microservices architecture
▪ Self-starter, self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
▪ Work transparently in a non-hierarchical, matrix-based organization structure
▪ Self-learner with a desire to stay informed on best practices and latest web developments.
▪ Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment
▪ Excellent troubleshooting skills
