Role Responsibilities:
• Acquire new customers through field visits, references, leads and market mapping
• Generate and manage new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly acquisition and business targets
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products
• Handle CASA/Current Account acquisition and cross-selling of relevant banking products
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per bank guidelines

Preferred Experience: Candidates with relevant sales/acquisition experience in Banking, BFSI, CASA or financial services will be preferred.
