Job Summary:
The Branch Sales Manager for Home Loans plays a pivotal role in driving the
growth of our mortgage lending business. This position is responsible for
leading a team of sales professionals, developing business strategies, and
establishing relationships with clients to ensure a seamless home loan
experience, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of loan officers to achieve monthly and
annual sales targets.

Requirements:
