MIS/RPO Analyst

Job Summary:

The MIS/RPO Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing data-driven decision-making processes within our organization. This position involves managing and analyzing data effectively to support recruitment operations while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze recruitment data and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment operations.
Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage third-party payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Conduct regular audits of data in our systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Assist in the generation of recruitment-related documentation and presentation materials for stakeholder meetings.
Identify trends and patterns in recruitment data to support strategic planning and forecasting initiatives.
Provide training and support to colleagues on utilizing reporting tools and interpreting data effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIS, RPO, or a related analytical field.
Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and related metrics.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with third-party payroll systems and processes.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Advanced certification in data analysis or business intelligence.
Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and data visualization techniques.
