Full Stack AI Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack AI Engineer to join our Data Science & Innovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative Generative AI applications, owning the frontend experience and backend infrastructure that power our AI companion applications in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance UI/UX for AI-powered chat applications using React.
• Own the end-to-end request/response lifecycle between frontend and backend AI agents.
• Design and implement chat history, session management, and state persistence functionalities.
• Integrate frontend with LangGraph/LangChain-based AI agent backends.
• Build and maintain Python backend APIs and middleware layers.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB and Databricks for data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML engineers to deploy AI features in production.

Requirements:

• 7-13 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Python for backend development.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and middleware layers.
• Familiarity with chat application architecture including request/response handling and session management.
• Understanding of LLM/AI application architecture (LangChain, LangGraph — good to have).
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Databricks, SQL, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Generative AI applications.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and development best practices.
• Proficiency in building scalable web applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
