Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new Current Account (CA) / Savings Account (SA) customers.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
• Cross-sell banking products such as FD, Insurance, and other third-party products.
• Ensure KYC documentation and account opening compliance.
• Coordinate with branch teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Banking Sales / CASA / Liability Sales / Field Sales / BFSI Sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered (subject to bank criteria).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and target-based role.
