Electrical Engineer - Site Inspection Infrastructure
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team,
specializing in site inspection for infrastructure projects. This role is
vital to ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulations,
contributing to the successful execution of large-scale engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed site inspections to assess electrical systems and
infrastructure integrity, ensuring adherence to project specifications and
safety standards.

Collaborate with project managers and design teams to interpret electrical
design plans and provide feedback on feasibility and implementation
challenges.

Identify and document issues during inspections, create reports, and provide
recommendations for corrective measures to stakeholders.

Oversee the installation and testing of electrical systems on-site, ensuring
functionality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, facilitating effective
communication and project updates regarding electrical work.

Ensure that all electrical work is completed in accordance with local laws
and codes, maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and sustainability.

Mentor and train junior engineers and site staff in electrical standards and
best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus
on site inspections for infrastructure projects.

Proficient understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety
standards.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical
systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for report writing and
stakeholder interaction.

Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively under
tight deadlines.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Leadership experience in overseeing electrical engineering teams.
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar certification is a plus.
