Associate Relationship Manager - JLG (Joint Group Loan) - Sales and
Collection
Job Summary:
The Associate Relationship Manager - JLG plays a crucial role in building and
maintaining strong relationships with clients to facilitate the successful
delivery of joint group loans. This position is focused on driving sales,
conducting collections, and ensuring client satisfaction, which are
fundamental to achieving organizational growth and client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance customer
loyalty and retention.

Conduct market research and identify potential clients to grow the Joint
Group Loan portfolio.

Facilitate the sales process by presenting loan products tailored to
clients' needs and conducting loan assessments.

Monitor the performance of existing loan accounts and proactively follow-up
on pending collections.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
and resolution of client issues.

Prepare and maintain accurate reports on sales performance, client
interactions, and collections status.

Participate in community outreach activities to promote awareness of JLG
offerings and generate leads.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
