Product Manager – Liability Lines Underwriting

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager for Liability Lines Underwriting to lead our regional underwriting initiatives. This role is integral to driving market development and ensuring optimal portfolio management, ultimately enhancing our competitive position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the regional underwriting strategy for Liability Lines, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Manage retention strategies to optimize profitability and minimize risks across the product line.
• Develop and implement market development plans to increase market share and improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee portfolio management, analyzing performance metrics to make informed decisions and adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers and general insurance partners, to foster strong relationships and support business growth.
• Conduct regular reviews of underwriting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare and present reports on underwriting performance and market trends to the DVP - Liability & Specialty UW.
