🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Acquire and manage Resident & NRI clients
✔️ Build and deepen relationships with premium/affluent customers
✔️ Drive new business acquisition and relationship deepening
✔️ Understand client requirements and offer suitable Banking & Wealth Management solutions
✔️ Cross-sell Wealth, Insurance, Trade & FX and other banking products
✔️ Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial check-ups
✔️ Ensure 360° client engagement and total client ownership
✔️ Work closely with Product Specialists and Service Delivery teams
✔️ Ensure compliance with banking processes and guidelines

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

✔️ 4+ years of relevant Relationship Management experience
✔️ Experience in Banks / NBFCs / Brokerage Houses
✔️ Strong interpersonal & communication skills
✔️ Good English & Vernacular communication
✔️ Strong presentation, networking and relationship-building skills
✔️ Sound knowledge of Banking Products
✔️ Strong sales & client acquisition orientation
✔️ AMFI / NISM certification
✔️ IRDA certification
